We have used Krause in the past and have been very happy. As you know, it is hard to beat the MB Dealership when it comes to the waiting area with all the fancy coffee options. Well, I am happy to forgo the coffee and waiting room, to get a hometown feel and treatment like you’re family. Oh, and the charges? 1/4 of the price of the dealership! Daniel genuinely cares about your experience and getting you back on the road. So many places have sold to big corporations and left that element out. We feel blessed to be part of the Krause family. I am so beyond blessed to have found a honest and caring place to take my car in for repairs and regular maintenance. Daniel in the front office is so wonderful he always takes care to make sure we are taken care of. I bought a used car with a bunch of problems from a dealership and he has been helping me fix in order of importance and also what we can hold off on or do ourselves. It’s truly hard to find such a honest place that is willing to work with you and they deserve all the STARS and more.

The owner is a genuinely nice person who even gave me a ride home while the car was being fixed. The repair was done perfectly, and the final price was exactly as quoted—very fair and transparent. This place is great! An honest shop that has yet to do me wrong. I have been to a number of other places to get my mini fixed, and Krause is the only one that has consistently worked hard and fast to make sure my vehicle is up and running again. Also, the prices are pretty good. I never feel like I’m getting overcharged or that I am getting scammed since everything is so transparent surrounding part cost and labor costs. This is the only place I really trust with my car now!

For many years we have owned European cars, varying from brand new to 20 years old. We have a 2012 Audi TT roadster that my daughter loves and has owned for 6 years. We have been using another shop for other vehicles for about 9 years but never felt like they were 100% on repairs. Chip Graham was easy to contact and obtain information. We were very happy with the recent service experience and feel that they were efficient and accurate in their service plan. The car is running great and we will be going back for service on our other vehicles.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service at Krause. Especially with the treatment by Daniel. Car care is very complex these days; Daniel took the time to answer my questions about the details of the service. I’ll return. Work done included DSG transmission service and fuel filter replacement. I think the pricing is very reasonable. I did my homework and compared four shops. Update: Krause did another round of service towards my 120k maintenance. All good. Very helpful, and very personable experience.

Daniel and entire team working on my 2016 Lexus GX460 were great. My estimate was explained and was very thorough. Pictures and details of each issue in order of importance were displayed with pricing. I totally appreciated the transparency. My serpentine belt and pulley needed to be replaced along with few other things like air/cabin filters and cv boot lubrication. To find a great team that is honest and fair is an incredible blessing. I took my Mercedes in for an A service repair and was thoroughly impressed by tKrause’s European Car Care. My service rep was thorough and knowledgeable and gave me the most accurate information needed to make a decision. I especially liked the report card that was sent after diagnosis that allowed me to accept or decline a service.
